The challenge is SLEEPING!...What better challenge than this right?....Everyday....we will be talking here about SLEEP and how you can get a better nights rest!
Everyone should be getting at least 6-8 hours of sleep a night, actually I think it should be 8-10 hours....but everyone is different right?!?!??! You have to see what works best for you!.....If you are unsure, you can always check with your doctor. Your dog needs their sleep as well.....and we will be talking about this as well........
Tonight my first challenge is to get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep- real sleep- no interrupted sleep......
