Starting February 1, 2015, Pam and I will start a SLEEP challenge......where we will be getting a MINIMUM of 8 hours of sleep- ya ready......we will talk about how sleep is so important and how to put yourself to sleep and the best ways to do so......we will at the end of the 28 days come out with a book dedicated to the BEST sleep ways and techniques and all about SLEEP......" Sleepy Dreams for all!" We will be doing a fundraiser for LI-Dog this month as well, we hope you all follow along with the blogs and vlogs......and donate to LI-Dog which oddly promotes good sleep for us ALL, we will talk more about this further in another blog......ya ready.....
